This recipe was birthed during the “lock-down”. You can adjust the heat/spiciness by reducing or removing the Siracha chili sauce. The meatballs are bursting with flavours because of the aromatic herbs.

Ingredients
*500g minced beef (minced wagyu is moist because of the right amount of fat. You can use minced pork as well)
*1 tabsp lemongrass, bruised and finely chopped the fragrant end
*1 tabsp keffir lime leaves, sliced thinly
*3 garlic cloves, finely minced
*4 spring onions, chopped
*1 tabsp fish sauce
*1-2 tabsp Siracha chili sauce
*1 tsp gula melaka

3. Heat a pan, add some oil, and pan-fry meatball till cooked.
